New features ship from ClickUp, Make.com, or your other tools? We evaluate them and implement the ones that benefit your setup. That's proactive — we find the gains before you know they exist.

Every build includes 1–3 months of Compound (depending on tier). We monitor performance, fix edge cases, and keep improving your systems through regular strategy calls and upgrades. After that, our dedicated Compound retainer continues if you want it.

Depending on your tier, you get 2–4 weeks of dedicated support after go-live. Bug fixes, adjustments, team questions, fine-tuning. You'll have direct access via Slack or email. Elite builds also include a full architecture review at the end of the support window.

We're on it. During your Compound period — or any time you're subscribed to the retainer — issues are addressed as a priority. You won't be left troubleshooting automations on your own.

No. Everything we build is designed to run without you. Where you do interact with the system, we provide clear documentation and walkthroughs so your team can operate it confidently.

That's what the included Compound months are for. Ongoing refinements, improvements, and adjustments based on real usage. After that, you can continue on a monthly Compound plan. We also offer change requests on an ad-hoc basis if you only need occasional tweaks.

Optimization Units (OUs) are coverage slots for your live automations and AI agents. Think of them like an insurance policy for your automation ecosystem. Each automation is assigned an OU value based on its complexity, and your monthly OU allocation determines how much of your system is actively monitored, maintained, and proactively optimized. Simple automations take 1 OU; complex multi-step workflows take 2–3; advanced AI agents may take more. We use your full OU allocation every month — any capacity not consumed by coverage goes toward proactive performance improvements or change requests.

Change Requests (CRs) are for when you need something modified — a field added to an automation, a notification rule adjusted, a workflow step reordered, or an AI agent's instructions updated. One CR covers roughly one hour of reactive modification work. If a change takes longer, we'll let you know the CR cost before starting. CRs roll over month to month up to a cap, so you can bank them for bigger adjustments. They're separate from OUs — OUs cover proactive system health, CRs cover your on-demand tweaks.

CRs roll over for up to 3 months. So if you have 6 CRs per month on Compound and use 4, the remaining 2 bank for next month (up to your tier's cap).

Yes, and it's included. Every build comes with complete documentation, SOPs, and hands-on team training. Growth and Elite builds include video walkthroughs and dedicated per-role training so each team member knows exactly how their part of the system works.
